Where We Ship

We currently ship to New Zealand, United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and other countries worldwide.

Production & Processing Time

Most physical items are custom made to order. Production time is 2–5 business days before shipping. Total delivery time equals production time plus shipping time.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Production)

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 10–30 business days

Australia: 10–30 business days

New Zealand: 10–30 business days

Europe & United Kingdom: 10–30 business days

Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rural or remote addresses, customs clearance, and peak seasons (Nov–Jan) may add extra days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier availability. Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages at no extra cost.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect address: Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Marked as delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local postal office. If still missing, contact us within 3 business days.
Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.

Digital Products

Digital items (eBooks, downloads) are delivered instantly by email after purchase. If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
